The alcohol and other drug arm of the Counselling Department at Swan Hill District Health, a Victorian public health service. Based at 13 Pritchard Street, away from the main hospital campus, it provides information on low-risk drinking, face-to-face assessment, individual counselling for people concerned about their own or another person's use, withdrawal programs, medication assisted treatment for opioid dependence, and a needle exchange. The service is free and takes self, GP and ACSO referrals.
