About Victorian Aboriginal Health Service
Victorian Aboriginal Health Service is an Aboriginal community controlled health organisation established in 1973, with clinics at Fitzroy, Preston, South Morang and St Albans. It provides bulk-billed general practice, dental, allied health, family counselling, women's, children's and men's programs. Its alcohol and other drug work, commissioned by North Western Melbourne PHN, covers assessment, counselling, withdrawal management, outreach, group work and pre- and post-rehabilitation support for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
