Wuchopperen is an Aboriginal community controlled health service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the greater Cairns region, operating clinics at Manoora and Edmonton. The Edmonton clinic provides bulk-billed general practice, health checks, women's and child health, allied health and dental. Social and Emotional Wellbeing and Strong Mob mental health workers provide counselling, case management and peer support. QNADA lists it as providing alcohol and other drug advice, information and psychosocial counselling for people aged 12 and over. It is not a residential or withdrawal service.
