About Wyla Withdrawal Unit
The Wyla withdrawal unit is the detoxification arm of Lives Lived Well's 20-bed Wyla Residential Services on the Bloomfield Campus at Orange, New South Wales. It takes voluntary admissions aged 18 and over withdrawing from alcohol or other drugs, and the stay is typically seven days. Staff are on site around the clock and residents are assessed on arrival by a registered nurse and a general practitioner. Many go on to the rehabilitation program on the same site.
