TREATMENT SERVICE
THE SERVICE
Young Health Service is the public hospital and community health facility at Young in the Murrumbidgee Local Health District of New South Wales. NSW Health lists 24-hour accident and emergency, hospital care beds, maternity beds and day surgery chairs, alongside community nursing, allied health, mental health and drug and alcohol services. The drug and alcohol component is community based; no residential withdrawal or inpatient psychiatric unit is published for the site.
Published as not offered here: residential rehabilitation.
Ask the admissions team how withdrawal would be handled and how a transfer into treatment works.
CARE & DAILY LIFE
Ask about staff qualifications, medication policy, accessibility and any specific support needs before you decide. Almost no service in this directory publishes what it will and will not admit.
COST
We hold what this service publishes, and we do not put a price at the top of a profile for the public to sort on. The cheapest service on a page is rarely the right one for a particular person, and a quote that comes with the conversation about what is included is worth more than a band. Professional referrers see the figures in their workspace.
Not published. Ask before you assume any route is available to you.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Details of ongoing support are not published here. Ask the service what support is available when your treatment ends.
PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENTS
Endorsements come from registered professionals — psychologists, addiction GPs, lawyers, social workers — who have referred someone here and put their name to what happened. None yet does not mean poor ones: it means nobody has written one.

Anything marked “not published” means exactly that — we do not guess. Corrections are free: admin@rehabfinder.com.au.
