THE SERVICE
A 63-bed licensed private psychiatric hospital at 16 Bryden Street, Windsor, next to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital precinct, operated by Avive Health and open since 2024. It admits adults 18 and over for inpatient psychiatric care, typically three weeks, including medical detoxification and a dual diagnosis program for alcohol and other drug use with mental illness. Day programs run 8 to 12 weeks, including the eight-week STRIDE substance addictions program. Outpatient psychiatry runs from specialist suites on site.
