Alcohol and Drug Services is the ACT public alcohol and other drug program run by Canberra Health Services from Building 7 on the Canberra Hospital campus. A single intake and helpline number takes phone assessments and refers into an inpatient withdrawal unit, an opioid treatment service, adult and youth counselling, a needle and syringe program, police and court diversion, and hospital consultation liaison. All services are free.
