Western NSW Local Health District runs its community alcohol and other drug service for Dubbo from Bultje Street. The team provides assessment and counselling, the MERIT court diversion program, the Opioid Treatment Program, and drug and alcohol consultation liaison at Dubbo Hospital, with outreach to surrounding towns including Mudgee. Referrals across the district go through the Drug and Alcohol Intake line, which operates Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
