About Wangaratta Therapeutic Community
The Wangaratta Therapeutic Community is a 30-bed residential alcohol and other drug service run by Gateway Health on Greta Road, Wangaratta, opened in 2022 as part of a Victorian Government regional rehabilitation program. It takes adults aged 18 and over and runs a four-stage therapeutic community program of up to twelve months, balancing work, therapy, education and recreation, with group work, peer support, individual case management and counselling. Entry is by AOD worker assessment through the admissions team.
