A free alcohol and other drugs service inside a Victorian public hospital at Wangaratta. A drug and alcohol clinical nurse consultant screens and assesses emergency and inpatient presentations and advises on clinical management. The hospital also runs a statewide planned withdrawal program, opened in July 2023, offering one medically supervised inpatient withdrawal bed for people referred by an AOD provider before entering residential rehabilitation, plus a 24-hour needle and syringe dispensing unit.

The Wangaratta Therapeutic Community is a 30-bed residential alcohol and other drug service run by Gateway Health on Greta Road, Wangaratta, opened in 2022 as part of a Victorian Government regional rehabilitation program.
Circuit Breaker is Odyssey Victoria's rural residential rehabilitation service at Molyullah near Benalla, accommodating up to 35 adults in a live-in therapeutic community. It serves people with problematic alcohol and other drug use and associated mental health issues.
Yitjawudik is a 24-hour residential rehabilitation centre for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men aged 18 and over with alcohol or drug dependency. It sits on a 68-acre property at Toolamba in central Victoria, between Shepparton and Mooroopna, and takes referrals from across the state.
A faith-based residential program at Kyabram in northern Victoria for men aged 18 and over with addiction. The 12-month program runs in four phases: intake and assessment, a 30-day orientation with no family contact, an 18-week foundation phase allowing one ten-minute call a week, and a 30-week new learning phase.
