A free headspace centre at 10 Second Street, Murray Bridge, run by lead agency iReach Rural Health and funded through Country SA Primary Health Network. It serves people aged 12 to 25 across the Murraylands with mental health counselling, bulk-billed GP care covering physical and sexual health, alcohol and other drug counselling, early psychosis support, work and study help, family programs and groups. No referral is required and the centre states it holds no waiting list.
