About headspace Tweed Heads
A free youth health centre in Tweed Heads for people aged 12 to 25, operated by Social Futures under the headspace model and commissioned by Healthy North Coast. It provides mental health and wellbeing support, non-judgemental information and support about alcohol and other drugs, sexual health, youth worker support, and help with work and study, plus youth groups and self-care sessions. Young people can walk in, phone or email, and telehealth sessions are available. No Medicare card is needed.
