About Katungul Aboriginal Corporation Regional Health and Community Services - Narooma
Katungul is an Aboriginal community controlled health organisation formed in 1993 and serving Koori communities on the NSW Far South Coast from clinics at Narooma, Batemans Bay and Bega. The Narooma site provides general practice, dental, social and emotional wellbeing and community services. Its alcohol and other drugs program is non-residential and offers brief intervention, case management, counselling, family and group therapy, SMART Recovery, foetal alcohol spectrum disorder education and referral to external detoxification and rehabilitation.
