A four-place residential withdrawal service for mothers and their infants, located within Uniting's sixteen-bed Curran Place withdrawal unit at Ivanhoe in Melbourne. Stays run seven to ten days and the purpose-built unit is designed to keep a parent and infant together through withdrawal; only infants up to fourteen months may stay. Specialist staff include AOD support workers, registered nurses, family counsellors and childcare workers, and mothers can access maternal and child health services during admission.

Curran Place is a 16-bed adult residential withdrawal facility at 164 Banksia Street, Ivanhoe, run by Uniting Vic.Tas. Twelve beds are for general adult withdrawal and four are a mother and baby unit where a mother can withdraw without being separated from a baby under 14 months, staying seven to ten days.
