Narcotics Anonymous Australia is the Australian arm of a worldwide twelve-step fellowship for people for whom drugs have become a problem. It runs free member-led meetings in every state and territory, plus online meetings, and members support one another through sponsorship. A national helpline and an SMS meeting-finder direct callers to local groups. The fellowship states it provides no treatment, counselling, detoxification or medical care, and takes no position on members' medication.
