TREATMENT SERVICE
Part of New ROADS
THE SERVICE
The Mount Gambier arm of Uniting Communities' New ROADS residential rehabilitation program for people aged 21 and over. Participants live in a shared house and receive weekly individual and group counselling while working on a treatment plan. SA Health lists Mount Gambier among the regional residential rehabilitation locations; the residence address is not published and the address shown is the intake and contact point. Uniting Communities also offers a home detox option in the Limestone Coast area, and states that most people complete a detox program before entry although this is not always necessary.
Ask the admissions team how withdrawal would be handled and how a transfer into treatment works.
CARE & DAILY LIFE
Nothing about treatment has been published for this service yet.
Ask about staff qualifications, medication policy, accessibility and any specific support needs before you decide. Almost no service in this directory publishes what it will and will not admit.
COST
We hold what this service publishes, and we do not put a price at the top of a profile for the public to sort on. The cheapest service on a page is rarely the right one for a particular person, and a quote that comes with the conversation about what is included is worth more than a band. Professional referrers see the figures in their workspace.
Not published. Ask before you assume any route is available to you.
AFTER THE STAY
Details of ongoing support are not published here. Ask the service what support is available when your treatment ends.
PROFESSIONAL ENDORSEMENTS
Endorsements come from registered professionals — psychologists, addiction GPs, lawyers, social workers — who have referred someone here and put their name to what happened. None yet does not mean poor ones: it means nobody has written one.
