About NT Health Alcohol and Other Drugs Withdrawal Services (formerly Stringybark Centre)
An NT Health service on the Royal Darwin Hospital campus that provides medical management of alcohol, tobacco and other drug withdrawal for Top End residents. The Northern Territory Government lists it as offering assessment, counselling and inpatient withdrawal, together with a Walk in Withdrawal Access program that lets people drop in without an appointment between 8am and 11am on Mondays, excluding public holidays. It was formerly named the Stringybark Centre.
