Top End Alcohol and Other Drug Services is the Northern Territory Government's specialist alcohol and drug service for the Darwin region, based in Building 9 on the Royal Darwin Hospital campus at Tiwi. NT Health lists it as providing opioid pharmacotherapy, withdrawal management, assessment and counselling. A second NT Health withdrawal service in the same building provides inpatient withdrawal management and a walk-in clinic on Monday mornings.
