Serenity Lodge is a residential alcohol and other drug therapeutic community operated by Cyrenian House near Rockingham, running since 1977. The site has landscaped gardens and a well equipped gym. The program uses therapeutic groups, one-to-one counselling, multidisciplinary case management, a fitness program and creative expression, with facilitated links to community self-help groups. The service is transitioning to a trial male-only model. Residents must be alcohol and drug free before entry.
