The Serenity Withdrawal Unit is a free low-medical withdrawal service run by Cyrenian House on its Serenity Lodge site at Rockingham, Western Australia. The program provides 24-hour residential care, comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, and referral on to counselling or longer-term residential rehabilitation.
