The Serenity Withdrawal Unit is a free low-medical withdrawal service run by Cyrenian House on its Serenity Lodge site at Rockingham, Western Australia. It admits adults over 18 withdrawing from alcohol and other drugs, including people with co-occurring mental health issues, for a maximum of fourteen days. The program provides 24-hour residential care, comprehensive assessment and treatment planning, and referral on to counselling or longer-term residential rehabilitation.
A person can detox where they will be treated. Confirm medical cover, timing and whether it costs extra.
