About Sober Living Rehab
A private residential addiction service in the City of Glen Eira, south-east Melbourne, run by Help International Pty Ltd and modelled on a United States twelve-step approach. Residents live communally and attend addiction education, process groups, psychodrama, counselling, life skills coaching, family workshops and AA or NA meetings, with a minimum stay of 90 days and six months recommended. Detoxification is arranged externally or at home. Outpatient, family and aftercare programs also run.
