About Wungening Aboriginal Corporation
Wungening is an Aboriginal community controlled organisation in Perth. Its alcohol and other drug arm, Ngalla Wirrin Wungening, delivers free non-residential support: individual counselling, the Solid Ground and Higher Ground group programs, a family support program for partners and relatives, the Djook Yarning women's group, and Solid Steps, a nine-month voluntary program inside Casuarina Prison. Services run from five hubs across the metropolitan area.
