Fresh Start Clinic is a bulk-billing general practice at Subiaco run by the not-for-profit Fresh Start Recovery Programme, and is the entry point for all Fresh Start patients. It treats substance use disorders alongside general health needs, listing detoxification, hepatitis C treatment, pathology, minor procedures and men's and women's health. Doctors, nurses, addiction medicine specialists, a psychiatrist, psychologists and counsellors work on site. It assesses applicants for the Northam residential program.
