Palmerston Perth is the West Leederville branch of Palmerston Association, a Western Australian not-for-profit alcohol and other drug provider. The branch offers free counselling for young people, adults and family members affected by alcohol or drug use, delivered by phone, online, face to face and outreach, with no referral required. It runs SMART Recovery and SMART Family and Friends groups, and is the only Palmerston site delivering the C-StOX community stabilisation and detox program.
