About headspace Fremantle
A free youth health centre at 60-62 Pakenham Street, Fremantle, operated by 360 Health and Community. It serves people aged 12 to 25 with mental health counselling, GP services, physical and sexual health, work and study support and group programs. Consortium partners supply a drug and alcohol youth counsellor from Palmerston Association, a clinical psychologist from the Sexual Assault Resource Centre and a social worker from Helping Minds on set weekdays. Access clinicians run a short initial consultation.
