A free youth health centre at 290 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park for people aged 12 to 25 and their supporters, run as lead agency by Black Swan Health Limited and funded by the Australian Government through Perth North, WA Primary Health Alliance. It offers mental health counselling, alcohol and other drug support, physical and sexual health services, social wellbeing and work and study support, and a headspace Early Psychosis program. No formal referral or Medicare card is required; typical wait is two to six weeks.
