About Phoebe House
Phoebe House is a nine-place residential alcohol and other drug program in a two-storey Federation house at Rockdale in southern Sydney. It takes women over 18 who have a history of opioid dependence and who are pregnant or caring for preschool children, and the children live in with their mothers. The program runs about six to eight months across five stages, with an on-site children's centre and up to a year of aftercare.
