About WHOS RTOD (Residential Treatment of Opioid Dependence) Stabilisation Program
RTOD is a mixed-gender residential service at WHOS's Lilyfield campus for adults already receiving methadone or buprenorphine who need to stabilise away from chaotic circumstances or polydrug use. It runs a modified therapeutic community program of group work, counselling, peer support, harm reduction and living-skills training alongside an on-site dosing clinic, with medical and mental health support, family and housing assistance, aftercare and outreach. WHOS publishes a typical stay of four to six months.
