About Rankin Court Treatment Centre
A public opioid treatment clinic run by St Vincent's Hospital Sydney's Alcohol and Drug Service from level 2 of the O'Brien Centre in Darlinghurst. It assesses opioid dependence, starts and stabilises people on methadone or buprenorphine-naloxone and supervises dosing seven days a week from 8am to midday. It also runs a needle and syringe program, hepatitis C and dental clinics, nicotine dependence treatment, counselling and referral, and transfers stable clients to community pharmacy dosing.
