About Ted Noffs Foundation — PALM Youth Rehab ACT (Watson)
PALM, the Program for Adolescent Life Management, is a Ted Noffs Foundation residential drug and alcohol program in Watson for young people aged 13 to 18. It runs up to three months and combines counselling at least twice weekly, group work, living skills, house routine, exercise and recreation, with distance education available from the first day. Families are engaged through individual and family counselling. After discharge the CALM program provides up to three years of continuing care.
