About The Street University (Ted Noffs Foundation)
The Street University is the Ted Noffs Foundation's network of eight non-residential youth centres, at Canberra, Liverpool, Mt Druitt, Newcastle, Penrith, Katoomba, Logan and Southport. Each runs an afternoon and early-evening timetable of creative and recreational workshops alongside Street Support, described by the provider as support for people aged 12 to 25 experiencing mental health and/or alcohol and other drug issues. Attendance is drop-in. The Foundation's residential program, PALM, is separate.
