Rivendell is Sydney Local Health District's child, adolescent and family mental health service, housed in the heritage Thomas Walker Hospital buildings on Hospital Road, Concord West. It runs a non-acute inpatient unit for young people under 18 alongside outpatient care from about age five, with Rivendell School on site to support the return to schooling. The service takes referrals from across NSW. It publishes no alcohol or other drug treatment program.
