About WHOS OSTAR (Opioid Substitution to Abstinence Residential)
OSTAR is a residential therapeutic community run by We Help Ourselves on its Rozelle campus in inner Sydney for adults on methadone or other opioid substitution treatment who want to reduce off it. The voluntary program runs four to six months, with separate accommodation for women and men, free on-site dosing, individual counselling and group work, life skills and aftercare support. Minimum age eighteen.
